Phil
is domiciled in the Auckland Region and travels nationwide with
NZ Advanced Driver Training as one of our specialist instructors.
He has also conducted tyre testing programs for Bridgestone New Zealand
& is our principal Holden V8 Hot Lap pilot.
His original background was in the motor vehicle industry and
his extensive motorsport pedigree includes having previously raced speedway
saloons, rally cars, karts, and a variety of circuit race cars.
Phil is a three time FMG Classic New Zealand National Champion, multiple Pro7
champion and he is currently competing in New Zealand's premier racing Championship... the BNT NZV8 Touring
Car Championship.
Phil can be seen competing in his own recently fully rebuilt #16 NZV8 Holden
Commodore, live on TV3's Sunday Gillette Motorsport Show, during the NZ Grand
Prix Round @ Manfeild, the Taupo Round and the Hamilton ITM400 event.
As with all competitive motorsport, additional
sponsorship and signage packages are still currently available on his NZV8
racecar.
This option provides sponsors and advertisers with a very
prominent branding and signage opportunity, which comes with live TV profiling,
at a very moderate and achievable advertising spend.

For the last 15 years Phil has concentrated on circuit racing and over the last

years has developed and run a successful motorsport team competing in National
circuit racing series within New Zealand.
His passion and enthusiasium for motorsport is infectious and he is also dedicated to
providing the Holden V8 Race Drive Experience option to the public.
V8 Race Experience is your opportunity to drive our
extensively modified race prepared 400kw 5700cc V8 Holden Commodore race car at either Pukekohe Park
Raceway, Manfeild Park Raceway, Ruapuna Park Raceway or Teretonga Park Raceway, whilst receiving expert tuition in car control and racecraft.

Phil also conducts one on one personal race driving tuition to existing and
newer race drivers, which can either be undertaken in
their own race vehicles, or a supplied race vehicle.
He is vastly experienced and has provided extreme Holden V8 Hot Lap rides to
literally thousands of previous
passengers and celebrities for the last 6-7 years.
Phil is eminently qualified and is the principal pilot
of our
race prepared 400kw V8 Holden Commodore Hot Lap vehicles.

Stuart is domiciled in the Papamoa Beach area and is the Managing Director of Advanced Driving
Systems Limited, which is the organisation that provides and delivers our NZ V8
Hot Lap rides nationwide.
He travels extensively throughout New Zealand conducting training courses and V8
Hot Lap rides.
Stuart was formally a member of the New
Zealand Police, where he served as a member of the New Zealand Diplomatic
Protection Squad for 3 years and also served as a Specialist Advanced Driving
Instructor based at the Royal New Zealand Police College for the final 5 years
of his 15-year career.
These roles involved the study, design and implementation of all facets of advanced
and high speed driving techniques.
Stuart was the original content design
consultant for the highly acclaimed and successful ACC / Peter Brock TV commercial series.
He was certified as an Advanced
Driving Instructor by the L.T.N.Z and has been actively involved in advanced driving for
over the last
25 years.
He is internationally recognised and regarded as an expert in the field of
advanced, specialist and high speed driving techniques.
Due to Stuart's expertise and background, NZ Advanced Driver Training is
exclusively contracted by the NZ Defence Force and other Government agencies to
provide their specialist evasive and anti-terrorist training.
Stuart has also been directly involved for numerous years with Bridgestone New Zealand in the specialist area of tyre
testing & handling comparisons.
He has also been utilised as the professional driver in TV commercials, vehicle
evaluations, stunt driving and has undertaken numerous practical comparative handling and performance
demonstrations for Bridgestone.
He is vastly experienced at providing extreme Holden V8 Hot Lap rides to previous
passengers and celebrities.
Stuart's extensive previous training, qualifications and
expertise in a very diverse range of advanced
driving roles qualifies
him to be one of the selected drivers of our
race prepared 400kw V8 Holden Commodore Hot Lap vehicles.
He has been piloting one of our Holden V8 Hot Lap race cars fulltime for the last

Todd
Pelham

Todd is domiciled in the Mount Maunganui area and is the most recent member
of our NZ V8 Hot Lap team.
He lives and breathes cars and has an extensive previous motorsport pedigree,
having competed competitively in karts from an early age and winning many high
profile events.
Todd then went on to race BMW's and Peugeots at a National level, culminating in
him winning the BMW Series National title in 2008.
He is currently racing BMW's in the Open class series and also the North Island
endurance racing series, in which he is the current series leader.
Todd understands the importance of car finesse, vehicle set up and of looking
after your vehicle so as to achieve the best performance.
Having previously managed a hot laps and driver training business before leaving
to start up his own marine industry related business, he also still spends a lot
of time mentoring and conducting individual race driver tuition.
Todd is eminently qualified and
experienced to pilot
of our
race prepared 400kw V8 Holden Commodore Hot Lap vehicles.

Lockwood

competed in the NZV8
Ute racing Championship in his Holden Hot Laps supported Holden Commodore
V8 Race Ute.. where he won the 2008 NZV8
Ute Championship.
NZV8 Hot Laps now no longer
has any ongoing direct association with Matt.

Michael Bristow
Former Holden
V8 Hot Lap Pilot
During the 2007/2008
racing season, Michael competed in the
NZV8 (Tier 2) Series
in his Holden Hot Laps supported Holden Commodore V8... where he won
the NZV8 (Tier 2)
National Championship.
Michael is also competing in selected rounds of this years BNT NZV8
Championship.
NZV8 Hot Laps now no longer
